Terms of Use / End User License Agreement for Experience Last updated: May 16, 2026 These Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of Experience (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. 1. Developer The App is provided by: Ali Yiğit Email: aliyigxt@icloud.com 2. License Experience is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store rules and applicable Apple terms. You may not: - Copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the App - Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App - Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes - Circumvent subscription, entitlement, security, or technical restrictions - Use the App in a way that may damage, overload, or interfere with Apple services, iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, or App Store systems 3. Local app profile, not a server account Experience does not provide a custom server-based account system. Any “account”, “profile”, or “delete account” wording inside the App refers to your local app profile and related app data. Some supported app data may be backed up through Apple iCloud/CloudKit if iCloud is available and enabled on your device. The developer does not operate a separate account server and does not control your Apple ID, iCloud account, device settings, iOS settings, App Store account, or Apple subscription settings. 4. App functionality Experience may include productivity, focus, notes, to-do, calculator, progress, ProAnalyze, local notification, iCloud backup, selected photo, camera, subscription, and optional leaderboard features. The App is provided as a productivity and personal organization tool. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, educational, or professional advisory service. You are responsible for how you use the App, how you interpret the App’s outputs, and any decisions you make based on the App. 5. ProAnalyze ProAnalyze is a local productivity analysis feature. ProAnalyze results, insights, summaries, suggestions, progress indicators, or recommendations are provided for general personal productivity purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific situation. The developer cannot be held responsible for decisions, losses, missed tasks, reduced productivity, emotional distress, business losses, academic outcomes, financial outcomes, or other consequences caused by relying on ProAnalyze or any app-generated result. 6. Notes, to-dos, reminders, and user content You are responsible for the content you create, import, store, edit, delete, or manage inside the App. You agree not to use the App to store or process content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of others. The App may help you create notes, to-dos, reminders, focus sessions, progress records, and similar personal productivity data. The App does not guarantee that reminders will always occur, that tasks will never be missed, or that data will never be lost. 7. No sole storage The App should not be used as the sole storage location for important, sensitive, legal, financial, medical, academic, business-critical, emergency, or mission-critical information. Users are responsible for keeping separate backups of important data outside the App. 8. Sensitive and regulated information The App is not designed for storing highly sensitive, regulated, emergency, legal, medical, financial, or mission-critical information. Users are responsible for deciding what information they store in the App. 9. Local notifications Experience may use local notifications for reminders such as focus sessions, breaks, to-dos, or similar app features. Local notifications depend on iOS, device settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, battery settings, time settings, and system behavior. The developer cannot be held responsible for missed, delayed, duplicated, hidden, silenced, or failed notifications caused by iOS, device settings, permissions, Apple system behavior, user actions, device state, or other factors outside the developer’s control. 10. Camera and selected photo access The App may request access to the camera or selected photos only when you use related features, such as choosing a profile photo, adding an image, scanning a document, or saving/using an image inside the App. You are responsible for the images or files you select, capture, import, edit, or store. The developer cannot be held responsible for image quality, failed scans, incorrect document detection, user-selected content, accidental imports, accidental deletions, or issues caused by camera permissions, photo permissions, device hardware, iOS behavior, or Apple photo library controls. 11. iCloud, CloudKit, backup, restore, and data loss Experience may automatically back up supported app data using Apple iCloud/CloudKit when iCloud is available and enabled on your device. iCloud and CloudKit are Apple services. The developer does not control Apple iCloud, CloudKit, Apple ID, Apple servers, Apple account status, iCloud storage limits, iCloud sync timing, network availability, device storage, device settings, iOS behavior, or Apple service availability. Data loss, backup failure, restore failure, synchronization delay, iCloud delay, CloudKit unavailability, incomplete backup, incomplete restore, device failure, operating system behavior, permission settings, user action, accidental deletion, app deletion, app reset, offline usage, offline deletion, iCloud storage limits, Apple ID issues, or Apple service interruptions may cause data to be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, overwritten, corrupted, or lost. The developer cannot be held responsible for data loss, backup failure, restore failure, synchronization delay, iCloud unavailability, CloudKit unavailability, incomplete deletion, delayed deletion, corrupted data, overwritten data, unavailable data, or any related damage caused by Apple services, device behavior, user actions, network conditions, permissions, operating system behavior, app deletion, app reset, offline use, or other factors outside the developer’s control. You are responsible for maintaining your own important backups and for managing your Apple ID, iCloud settings, iCloud storage, device backups, and device settings. 12. Device and iCloud storage Insufficient device storage or iCloud storage may prevent saving, backup, restore, deletion, or synchronization. Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient device storage, iCloud storage, Apple ID availability, and appropriate device settings. The developer cannot be held responsible for unavailable, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, overwritten, or lost data caused by insufficient device storage, insufficient iCloud storage, device restrictions, Apple ID issues, iCloud limits, or device settings. 13. iCloud synchronization conflicts When using iCloud across multiple devices, synchronization conflicts, outdated versions, duplicated records, overwritten records, missing records, delayed updates, or synchronization differences may occur. The developer cannot be held responsible for iCloud synchronization behavior, data conflicts, duplicated data, overwritten data, delayed data, missing data, or version differences caused by Apple iCloud, CloudKit, device state, network availability, Apple ID settings, user actions, or operating system behavior. 14. Deleting local app data and iCloud data Experience may include a delete/reset flow for local app profile data and related app data. If you delete or reset app data while your device is offline, iCloud is unavailable, CloudKit is unavailable, your Apple ID is not available, or Apple services are delayed, deletion from iCloud may not complete immediately. The developer cannot guarantee instant or complete deletion from Apple-controlled systems in offline or unavailable conditions. You may also manage or delete app-related iCloud data manually through your Apple ID, iCloud settings, device settings, or Apple-provided controls where available. 15. Optional leaderboard The leaderboard is optional and requires user participation. If you choose to join the leaderboard, limited leaderboard data such as your username/display username, level, and update date may be stored using Apple CloudKit. You are responsible for the username you choose. Do not use a username that reveals sensitive personal information. The developer cannot be held responsible for usernames chosen by users, ranking changes, leaderboard delays, CloudKit availability, sync delays, display issues, or Apple service behavior affecting leaderboard functionality. 16. Subscriptions, payments, billing, and refunds Experience may offer paid Pro features through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Payment processing, billing, subscription renewal, cancellation, taxes, pricing, refund decisions, chargebacks, family sharing behavior, regional price changes, currency conversion, payment authorization, payment failure, trial eligibility, offer eligibility, and financial transaction handling are managed by Apple App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not process payment card details, does not store payment card details, does not control Apple’s billing systems, does not control Apple refund decisions, does not control App Store tax handling, and does not control Apple subscription cancellation or renewal systems. The developer cannot be held responsible for Apple-managed payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, pricing, eligibility, currency conversion, App Store account, StoreKit, or financial transaction processes. Users are responsible for managing their Apple ID, App Store account, Family Sharing settings, region settings, payment method, subscription status, refund requests, billing information, and device settings. Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel your subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple’s subscription management tools. 17. Pro access and entitlement Pro access depends on Apple StoreKit, App Store purchase status, subscription status, Apple ID state, regional availability, payment status, receipt/transaction availability, device state, and Apple system behavior. The App may store a local entitlement state to unlock Pro features. This local state may become unavailable, outdated, delayed, or incorrect due to Apple service delays, device issues, network conditions, StoreKit behavior, or user account changes. The developer cannot be held responsible for delayed Pro access, failed entitlement refresh, subscription state mismatch, App Store account issues, StoreKit outages, regional restrictions, Apple ID issues, payment failures, or Apple-controlled subscription behavior. 18. Pro feature changes Pro features may be modified, added, removed, renamed, limited, replaced, suspended, or discontinued over time for technical, legal, performance, security, product, business, or App Store compliance reasons. A subscription provides access to the Pro features available at the relevant time. It does not guarantee that every feature, design, limit, workflow, or capability will remain unchanged permanently. The developer cannot be held responsible for loss, inconvenience, subscription dissatisfaction, workflow changes, unavailable Pro features, modified Pro features, removed Pro features, or changes to Pro limits caused by app updates, legal requirements, business decisions, App Store compliance, technical limitations, or Apple platform behavior. 19. Apple ID and App Store responsibility Users are responsible for managing their Apple ID, App Store account, Family Sharing settings, region settings, payment method, subscription status, refund requests, billing information, and device settings. The developer cannot be held responsible for problems caused by Apple ID issues, App Store account issues, payment method issues, region changes, Family Sharing behavior, subscription management errors, Apple-controlled account restrictions, or Apple-controlled App Store behavior. 20. User screenshots, recordings, and manual sharing Users are responsible for any screenshots, screen recordings, manual copying, exporting, disclosure, or external sharing of content they create, store, or view in the App. The developer cannot be held responsible for user-initiated sharing, screenshots, recordings, copying, disclosure, accidental sharing, unauthorized access caused by user actions, or external use of app content after the user shares or exposes it. 21. No guarantee of uninterrupted service The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, bug-free, secure, compatible with every device, compatible with every iOS version, or free from data loss. Features may fail, be delayed, behave differently, or become unavailable due to: - iOS changes - Apple policy changes - App Store behavior - StoreKit behavior - iCloud or CloudKit issues - Device settings - Permissions - Network availability - Storage limits - Battery settings - User actions - Regional restrictions - Hardware limitations - Operating system bugs - App updates or migrations 22. App updates, migrations, and compatibility App updates, database migrations, iOS updates, Apple policy changes, device limitations, interrupted updates, insufficient storage, or unsupported devices may affect app behavior, data availability, feature availability, or compatibility. The developer cannot be held responsible for issues caused by update failures, interrupted updates, migration failures, unsupported devices, insufficient storage, operating system changes, Apple policy changes, or compatibility limitations. Users are responsible for keeping their device, iOS version, Apple ID, iCloud settings, and App Store account in a usable state. 23. App removal, suspension, and discontinued development The App, any feature, Pro feature, service, subscription offering, leaderboard, iCloud-related functionality, or development of the App may be modified, suspended, discontinued, removed from sale, or removed from the App Store at any time, with or without prior notice and with or without stating a reason. The developer may stop maintaining, updating, supporting, or developing the App at any time. The developer cannot be held responsible for loss, inconvenience, incompatibility, unavailable features, subscription limitations, data issues, business losses, productivity losses, or other consequences caused by the App being removed from sale, removed from the App Store, suspended, discontinued, unsupported, or no longer developed. If subscriptions are affected by App Store availability, billing, cancellation, refund, or renewal status, those processes are managed by Apple App Store and StoreKit. 24. Updates and changes to the App The developer may update, modify, improve, limit, suspend, remove, replace, rename, discontinue, or stop supporting any part of the App, including free features, Pro features, design, limits, workflows, subscription offerings, leaderboard, iCloud-related functionality, and app content. The App may be removed from sale, removed from the App Store, suspended, discontinued, or no longer developed at any time, with or without prior notice and with or without stating a reason. Features may change or become unavailable due to technical, legal, App Store, Apple policy, performance, privacy, security, business, product, or compliance reasons. The developer cannot be held responsible for loss, inconvenience, incompatibility, data issues, unavailable features, subscription limitations, business losses, productivity losses, or other consequences caused by app updates, feature changes, development being stopped, support being stopped, App Store removal, Apple policy changes, iOS updates, or discontinued functionality. 25. Third-party and Apple services The App may rely on Apple frameworks and services, including iOS, iCloud, CloudKit, StoreKit, App Store, local notifications, camera, photo picker, and device storage. Apple services are governed by Apple’s own terms, policies, infrastructure, account rules, availability, and privacy practices. The developer cannot be held responsible for Apple service interruptions, Apple policy changes, Apple account issues, App Store issues, iCloud issues, CloudKit issues, StoreKit issues, payment issues, refund decisions, tax handling, or any other Apple-controlled process. 27. No third-party advertising or analytics Experience does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, third-party crash analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. Apple may provide diagnostics to developers if you have enabled sharing diagnostics with app developers in your device settings. This is controlled by Apple and your device settings. 28. Force majeure The developer cannot be held responsible for failures, interruptions, delays, data issues, service issues, or unavailability caused by events outside the developer’s control, including natural disasters, internet outages, governmental actions, legal restrictions, platform restrictions, Apple service issues, security incidents, labor disruptions, war, civil unrest, pandemics, power outages, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events. 29. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by the App’s Privacy Policy.
