These outputs are estimates based on the App’s local calculation models and available device/user settings. They may be incomplete, approximate, delayed, outdated, unavailable, or inaccurate. The developer cannot guarantee that any lunar phase, Moon position, Moonrise time, Moonset time, altitude, azimuth, visibility result, compass result, eclipse candidate, event timing, dark sky window, photography window, or related planning result will be exact or suitable for your specific location, device, weather, terrain, or purpose. You should verify important astronomical, eclipse, photography, travel, safety, or professional decisions through official, professional, local, or specialized sources. 6. Eclipse Candidate Finder Lunvarg may include an Eclipse Candidate Finder or similar lunar eclipse planning feature. This feature is an offline planning model. It is not an official eclipse prediction service, official astronomical bulletin, professional observatory product, or scientific certification source. Eclipse candidate results may be affected by approximation limits, observer location, time zone, device date/time settings, horizon assumptions, local visibility, atmospheric conditions, terrain, buildings, and other real-world factors. The developer cannot be held responsible for missed eclipses, incorrect eclipse expectations, unsuitable observation plans, travel decisions, photography losses, business losses, academic losses, or other consequences caused by relying on eclipse candidate outputs. 7. Location, observer location, and saved places Lunvarg may use observer location data when you choose to use location-based lunar features. Location-based features may depend on: * iOS location permission * Device location accuracy * GPS, Wi-Fi, cellular, or Apple location behavior * Your selected or saved observer location * Time zone and date settings * Device settings * Regional availability * Hardware limitations * Operating system behavior If location access is denied, limited, unavailable, inaccurate, or technically fails, the App may use a default observer location, manually saved observer location, or previously stored observer location where available. Results based on default, manually entered, saved, outdated, or inaccurate observer locations may not match your real physical location. If you save observer locations, you are responsible for the names and coordinates you enter. Do not store sensitive personal information in saved place names. The developer cannot be held responsible for inaccurate calculations, wrong visibility expectations, wrong compass direction, missed events, travel issues, observation failure, photography loss, or other consequences caused by incorrect, unavailable, outdated, denied, limited, or user-selected location data. 8. Compass, gyroscope, orientation, and device sensors Lunvarg may use device orientation, gyro, compass, or related device behavior for Moon interaction, direction, or viewing features. Device sensors may be affected by hardware quality, calibration, magnetic interference, device case materials, nearby electronics, buildings, vehicles, operating system behavior, user handling, or permission/system limitations. The App’s compass, direction, gyro, orientation, and visual alignment features are for planning and general guidance only. Moon photography planning Lunvarg may include Moon photography planning, dark sky windows, golden hour and blue hour planning, direction guidance, altitude context, illumination context, and timing suggestions. Photography planning outputs are estimates and do not guarantee a successful photo, visible Moon, clear sky, suitable exposure, good composition, correct lens choice, correct camera settings, safe shooting conditions, or professional result. Real-world photography results may be affected by: * Weather * Clouds * Fog * Smoke * Atmospheric conditions * Terrain * Buildings * Light pollution * Camera hardware * Lens choice * Exposure settings * User skill * Device limitations * Local safety conditions * Location accuracy * Time zone settings The developer cannot be held responsible for failed photos, missed shots, unsuitable conditions, travel costs, equipment costs, business losses, client losses, or other consequences caused by relying on photography planning outputs. 10. Local lunar alerts and notifications Lunvarg may use local notifications for lunar alerts, reminders, or event-related notifications. Local notifications depend on iOS, device settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, Do Not Disturb settings, battery settings, Low Power Mode, time zone settings, calendar/time settings, device state, operating system behavior, and Apple-controlled notification delivery. The developer cannot be held responsible for missed, delayed, duplicated, hidden, silenced, inaccurate, or failed notifications caused by iOS, device settings, permissions, Apple system behavior, user actions, device state, battery state, time settings, or other factors outside the developer’s control. Local lunar alerts should not be relied upon as the only method for important observation, travel, professional, event, or time-sensitive decisions. 11. Selected photo and profile image Lunvarg may allow you to choose a profile image using Apple’s photo selection tools. You are responsible for the images you select, import, use, display, delete, or expose inside the App. The developer cannot be held responsible for user-selected content, image quality, accidental imports, accidental deletions, image permission behavior, photo picker behavior, Apple photo library controls, device storage issues, or external consequences of using a selected image. 12. User content and local profile data You are responsible for any profile information, saved place names, selected image, observer location names, or other content you create, enter, import, store, edit, delete, or manage inside the App. You agree not to use the App to create, store, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise violates the rights of others. The developer cannot be held responsible for user-created content, user-entered coordinates, profile names, saved place names, accidental deletion, incorrect entry, or consequences caused by your own app inputs. 13. No sole source and no sole storage The App should not be used as the sole source for important, sensitive, legal, financial, medical, academic, business-critical, emergency, safety-critical, navigation-critical, scientific, aviation, maritime, travel-critical, professional observatory, or mission-critical information. The App should not be used as the sole storage location for important information. Users are responsible for maintaining separate backups and verifying important information through appropriate external sources. 14. Sensitive and regulated information Lunvarg is not designed for storing highly sensitive, regulated, emergency, legal, medical, financial, confidential business, or mission-critical information. Users are responsible for deciding what information they enter, save, expose, or manage inside the App. 15. Device storage, backup, restore, and data loss Lunvarg may store local app data on your device. Apple-managed device backups or iCloud backups may include certain local app data depending on your Apple ID, iCloud, backup, and device settings. The developer does not control Apple iCloud, Apple ID, Apple servers, Apple account status, device backup behavior, iCloud storage limits, backup timing, restore timing, network availability, device storage, device settings, iOS behavior, or Apple service availability. Data loss, backup failure, restore failure, synchronization delay, incomplete backup, incomplete restore, device failure, operating system behavior, permission settings, user action, accidental deletion, app deletion, app reset, offline usage, storage limits, Apple ID issues, or Apple service interruptions may cause data to be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, overwritten, corrupted, or lost. The developer cannot be held responsible for data loss, backup failure, restore failure, unavailable data, delayed data, corrupted data, overwritten data, incomplete deletion, delayed deletion, or related damage caused by Apple services, device behavior, user actions, network conditions, permissions, operating system behavior, app deletion, app reset, offline use, insufficient storage, or other factors outside the developer’s control. You are responsible for maintaining your own important backups and for managing your Apple ID, iCloud settings, device backups, device storage, and device settings. 16. Deleting local app data Lunvarg may include a delete/reset flow for local app profile data and related app data. Because the App does not use a custom backend account system, “Delete Local Account” or similar wording refers to deleting local app profile data and related local app data from the device. Deleting local app data may not immediately delete copies that exist in Apple-managed device backups, iCloud backups, or other Apple-controlled systems. You may also manage device backups and iCloud data through your Apple ID, iCloud, and device settings where available. If your device is offline, low on storage, restricted by system settings, affected by Apple service availability, or interrupted during deletion, deletion, backup, restore, or synchronization behavior may not complete immediately or may not behave as expected. 17.
