Terms of Use / End User License Agreement for Solvarg Last updated: June 24, 2026 These Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of Solvarg (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. 1. Developer The App is provided by: Ali Yiğit Email: [aliyigxt@icloud.com](mailto:aliyigxt@icloud.com) 2. License Solvarg is licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store rules, Apple’s applicable terms, and these Terms. You may not: * Copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App * Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App * Circumvent subscription, entitlement, security, access, or technical restrictions * Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or rights-infringing purposes * Use the App in a way that may damage, overload, disrupt, or interfere with Apple services, StoreKit, App Store systems, iOS, or the App * Use the App to create or support unsafe, illegal, professional, certified, regulated, or mission-critical decisions without independent verification 3. Local app profile, not a server account Solvarg does not provide a custom server-based account system. Any “account”, “profile”, “local account”, or “delete account” wording inside the App refers to your local app profile and related local app state on your device. The developer does not operate a separate user account server and does not control your Apple ID, App Store account, iCloud account, device settings, iOS settings, subscription settings, payment method, Family Sharing settings, or Apple-managed purchase records. 4. App functionality Solvarg may include solar planning, sun position, shadow estimation, daylight timing, solar alert, location, manual coordinate, profile, selected profile photo, saved solar place, shot plan, exposure session log, solar panel angle helper, garden sun zone, window sunlight, horizon profile, device motion camera control, subscription, and Premium planning features. The App is provided as a planning and estimation tool. It is not a professional engineering, construction, architecture, surveying, navigation, emergency, safety, legal, financial, agricultural, meteorological, or certified solar installation service. You are responsible for how you use the App, how you interpret the App’s outputs, and any decisions you make based on the App. 5. Solar calculations and estimation limits Solvarg provides solar, daylight, shadow, exposure, bearing, angle, and planning calculations for general estimation purposes only. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unsuitable, or different from real-world conditions because they may depend on: * Location accuracy * Manually entered latitude and longitude * UTC offset and time settings * Date selection * Device settings * iOS permission status * Sensor availability * User-entered object heights, shadow lengths, bearings, arcs, thresholds, horizon values, and notes * Buildings, trees, walls, hills, mountains, windows, balconies, roof structures, or obstructions not known to the App * Weather, clouds, air quality, atmospheric conditions, reflections, terrain, glass, shade, or local environmental factors * Algorithmic approximation, rounding, sampling intervals, or visualization limits The App does not guarantee exact sun position, exact shadow length, exact solar exposure, exact daylight duration, exact panel performance, exact garden sunlight, exact room sunlight, exact golden hour conditions, or exact real-world lighting. You must independently verify important, expensive, legal, construction-related, safety-related, professional, or mission-critical decisions before relying on any App result. 6. No professional advice Solvarg does not provide professional advice. Solar panel angle outputs, sunlight summaries, garden sun zones, room sun reports, shadow forecasts, alignment results, horizon profiles, and exposure scores are general planning references only. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to construction, property design, solar installation, electrical systems, safety, architecture, surveying, agriculture, landscaping, business planning, or any regulated activity. The developer cannot be held responsible for financial loss, construction errors, installation problems, property damage, reduced solar performance, crop or plant damage, missed photography conditions, failed planning outcomes, safety issues, or other consequences caused by relying on App outputs. 7. Location and manual coordinate use Solvarg may use your current location when you choose to allow location access. You may also use manual coordinates instead of automatic location access. You are responsible for entering accurate coordinates, UTC offset values, place names, bearings, object heights, shadow lengths, and other planning inputs. The developer cannot be held responsible for inaccurate results, wrong alerts, wrong plans, missed sunlight, incorrect shadow estimates, or other issues caused by inaccurate location data, denied permissions, manually entered errors, device settings, iOS behavior, Apple location services, or user actions. 8. Saved places, shot plans, session logs, and user content You are responsible for any place names, shot plan titles, notes, session logs, coordinates, values, or other content you create, store, edit, delete, copy, disclose, or manually share through the App. You agree not to use the App to store or process content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise violates the rights of others. The App does not guarantee that saved places, shot plans, local logs, settings, or planning records will never be lost, corrupted, overwritten, delayed, deleted, or unavailable. 9. No sole storage The App should not be used as the sole storage location for important, sensitive, legal, financial, medical, academic, business-critical, construction-critical, safety-critical, emergency, or mission-critical information. You are responsible for keeping separate backups of important data outside the App. 10. Sensitive and regulated information Solvarg is not designed for storing highly sensitive, regulated, emergency, legal, medical, financial, or mission-critical information. You are responsible for deciding what information you enter into the App, including notes, place names, saved plans, and session logs. 11. Local notifications Solvarg may use local notifications for solar alerts, such as sunrise, solar noon, golden hour, sunset, or selected shadow-related reminders. Local notifications depend on iOS, device settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, battery settings, time settings, location-related inputs, and system behavior. The developer cannot be held responsible for missed, delayed, duplicated, hidden, silenced, inaccurate, or failed notifications caused by iOS, device settings, permissions, Apple system behavior, user actions, device state, time changes, location errors, or other factors outside the developer’s control. 12. Selected photo access The App may allow you to choose a profile photo through Apple’s photo selection tools. You are responsible for the image you select, store, change, delete, or display inside the App. The developer cannot be held responsible for user-selected content, accidental imports, accidental deletion, image quality, permission issues, Apple photo picker behavior, device behavior, iOS behavior, or user actions. 13. Device motion and visual scene controls Solvarg may use device motion data when motion-based or gyro camera control is enabled for the visual solar scene. Device motion, 3D rendering, visual scene behavior, orientation, camera movement, and sensor readings may vary by device, hardware, iOS version, sensor availability, device state, performance conditions, and user settings. You should not use motion-based controls in unsafe situations, while driving, while operating equipment, or when device movement may create risk. The developer cannot be held responsible for discomfort, inaccurate motion behavior, device sensor issues, visual mismatch, performance differences, or consequences caused by device motion, sensor limitations, or user actions. 14. Device storage, local data, backup, restore, and data loss Solvarg stores most app data locally on your device. Local data may include profile information, selected profile image, onboarding state, manual coordinates, solar planning inputs, saved places, alert preferences, shot plans, session logs, horizon values, thresholds, mode settings, and subscription entitlement state. Insufficient device storage, iOS behavior, device failure, app deletion, app reset, update interruption, corrupted storage, permission changes, user action, or system-level cleanup may cause local data to be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, overwritten, corrupted, or lost. Apple-managed device or iCloud backups may include app data depending on your Apple ID, iCloud, device backup, and system settings. The developer does not control Apple-managed backup behavior, backup timing, backup availability, restore behavior, storage limits, Apple ID status, or iOS system decisions. The developer cannot be held responsible for data loss, failed save, failed restore, backup delay, incomplete backup, incomplete restore, corrupted data, overwritten data, unavailable data, device storage problems, Apple ID issues, app deletion, app reset, offline use, iOS behavior, permission settings, user mistakes, or Apple-managed backup systems. 15. Deleting local app data Solvarg may include local delete/reset controls for local profile data or specific saved items. Because Solvarg does not use a custom backend account system, “Delete Local Account” or similar wording refers to deleting or resetting local app profile data on the device. It does not delete your Apple ID, App Store account, purchase history, subscription record, Apple transaction information, Apple diagnostics, or Apple-managed account data. Some local planning data, such as saved solar places, shot plans, session logs, manual inputs, alert preferences, or subscription entitlement state, may require separate deletion controls, app removal, or Apple system settings depending on how the data is stored. The developer cannot guarantee that every Apple-managed backup, diagnostic record, purchase record, or system-level copy will be deleted by an in-app local reset. 16. Subscriptions, payments, billing, and refunds Solvarg may offer paid Premium features through Apple StoreKit and the App Store. Payment processing, billing, subscription renewal, cancellation, taxes, pricing, refund decisions, chargebacks, Family Sharing behavior, regional price changes, currency conversion, payment authorization, payment failure, trial eligibility, offer eligibility, and financial transaction handling are managed by Apple App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not process payment card details, does not store payment card details, does not control Apple’s billing systems, does not control Apple refund decisions, does not control App Store tax handling, and does not control Apple subscription cancellation or renewal systems. The developer cannot be held responsible for Apple-managed payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, pricing, eligibility, currency conversion, App Store account, StoreKit, or financial transaction processes, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for managing your Apple ID, App Store account, Family Sharing settings, region settings, payment method, subscription status, refund requests, billing information, and device settings. Deleting the App, deleting a local profile, or resetting local app data does not necessarily cancel your subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple’s subscription management tools. 17. Premium access and entitlement Premium access depends on Apple StoreKit, App Store purchase status, subscription status, Apple ID state, regional availability, payment status, transaction availability, device state, network conditions, and Apple system behavior. The App may store or check a local entitlement state to unlock Premium features. This local state may become unavailable, outdated, delayed, or incorrect due to Apple service delays, device issues, network conditions, StoreKit behavior, App Store behavior, or user account changes. The developer cannot be held responsible for delayed Premium access, failed entitlement refresh, subscription state mismatch, App Store account issues, StoreKit outages, regional restrictions, Apple ID issues, payment failures, pending purchases, failed verification, or Apple-controlled subscription behavior. 18. Premium feature changes Premium features may be modified, added, removed, renamed, limited, replaced, suspended, or discontinued over time for technical, legal, performance, security, product, business, or App Store compliance reasons. A subscription provides access to the Premium features available at the relevant time. It does not guarantee that every feature, design, limit, workflow, calculation, output, or capability will remain unchanged permanently. The developer cannot be held responsible for loss, inconvenience, subscription dissatisfaction, workflow changes, unavailable Premium features, modified Premium features, removed Premium features, changed outputs, changed limits, or changes caused by app updates, legal requirements, business decisions, App Store compliance, technical limitations, or Apple platform behavior. 19. Apple ID and App Store responsibility You are responsible for managing your Apple ID, App Store account, Family Sharing settings, region settings, payment method, subscription status, refund requests, billing information, and device settings. The developer cannot be held responsible for problems caused by Apple ID issues, App Store account issues, payment method issues, region changes, Family Sharing behavior, subscription management errors, Apple-controlled account restrictions, Apple-controlled App Store behavior, Apple policy changes, or Apple service availability. 20. User screenshots, recordings, and manual sharing You are responsible for any screenshots, screen recordings, manual copying, exporting, disclosure, or external sharing of content, values, calculations, coordinates, place names, notes, visuals, or results you create, store, or view in the App. The developer cannot be held responsible for user-initiated sharing, screenshots, recordings, copying, disclosure, accidental sharing, unauthorized access caused by user actions, or external use of app content after you share or expose it. 21. No guarantee of uninterrupted service The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, bug-free, secure, compatible with every device, compatible with every iOS version, continuously available, or free from data loss. Features may fail, be delayed, behave differently, or become unavailable due to: * iOS changes * Apple policy changes * App Store behavior * StoreKit behavior * Device settings * Permissions * Location services * Notification settings * Network availability * Storage limits * Battery settings * Low power mode * User actions * Regional restrictions * Hardware limitations * Sensor limitations * Operating system bugs * App updates or migrations * App Store review or compliance requirements 22. App updates, migrations, and compatibility App updates, data migrations, iOS updates, Apple policy changes, device limitations, interrupted updates, insufficient storage, or unsupported devices may affect app behavior, data availability, feature availability, calculations, visuals, entitlement state, or compatibility. The developer cannot be held responsible for issues caused by update failures, interrupted updates, migration failures, unsupported devices, insufficient storage, operating system changes, Apple policy changes, App Store requirements, or compatibility limitations. You are responsible for keeping your device, iOS version, Apple ID, App Store account, permissions, and device settings in a usable state. 23.
