Need help with Nodisey?

Nodisey is designed to help you write notes, organize ideas, study, draw, scan, and manage personal content with a private, local-first approach.

General Help

For questions about notes, folders, drawing tools, scans, study cards, reminders, or app behavior, contact support by email.

Subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Apple App Store and your Apple Account settings.

Nodisey does not use third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

For subscription issues: check your Apple Account subscriptions first, because billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple.
For missing permissions: open iOS Settings and confirm that camera, microphone, speech recognition, photos, or notifications are enabled when needed.
For app issues: include your device model, iOS version, Nodisey app version, and a short description of what happened.
